Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Provide SCADA expertise on wind, battery, solar power systems, microgrid projects during the preliminary and final design and commissioning phases of each project.
•Design standard SCADA systems that include: SCADA and HMI cabinet, SCADA architecture drawings, fiber optic one-line drawings, patch panel details, points lists, substation communication panel, O&M communication panel and overall communication plan.
•Generate contract documents that clearly define the scope of work and responsibility matrix for all SCADA cabinet manufacturers/suppliers, SCADA equipment installers, communication/fiber/T1 providers, and Utility/QSE
•Provide onsite commissioning and troubleshooting support for utility-scale solar, BESS, wind, and microgrid projects, including managing operational testing, validating EMS integration, and resolving SCADA communication and control issues.
•Quality assurance of SCADA cabinets during production and installation phases

Key Requirements

•BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
•Minimum 2-3 years of proven utility or industrial SCADA experience on large capital-industrial projects
•Ability to interface with clients and deliver on time and cost effectively
•Ability to work with development, construction and operations teams to ensure project delivery and quality
•Skilled in MS Office and Outlook
