Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal.
  • •Drive development of invoicing and eligibility systems, supporting precision and resiliency at scale.
  • •Develop internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable analytics across Garner.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases.
  • •Support broker- and employer-facing experiences, including analytics and insights into customer performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Product Management experience, including owning a technical or financial product end-to-end.
  • •Strong systems thinking and detail orientation, including reasoning from first principles and anticipating edge cases.
  • •Strong technical background with experience owning financial or data systems at scale.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders.
  • •Deep AI fluency using AI daily for analyses, prototyping, and workflow automation.
