Lead a team of Portfolio Strategists in constructing and managing customized discretionary investment portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Serve as a senior investment advisor and player-coach, developing investment strategies (including IPS, asset allocation, and risk management) and ensuring portfolios align with client goals, risk tolerance, and fiduciary standards. Oversee performance monitoring, governance participation, compliance adherence, and coordinated client strategy delivery across Family Wealth stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Family Wealth Portfolio Strategists managing large, complex discretionary portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
•Serve as the lead investment advisor for a select book of complex Family Wealth client and prospect engagements.
•Develop and implement investment strategies, including IPS development, asset allocation, and risk management for assigned relationships.
•Oversee portfolio implementation on open architecture platforms and approved investment programs; monitor performance and risk metrics, escalating and adjusting as needed.
•Ensure fiduciary, regulatory, and compliance adherence while partnering with Family Wealth stakeholders to deliver coordinated client strategies.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

•10 years of investment management or advisory experience serving ultra-high-net-worth clients.
•Demonstrated expertise in sophisticated investment strategies, including alternatives, and developing comprehensive investment strategies (IPS, asset allocation, risk management).
•Proven track record as a trusted advisor with demonstrated sales and relationship growth success.
•Strong communication skills presenting and advising across diverse client and advisor audiences.
•Ability to provide coaching and development to team members.
