Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Quality Systems SME(s) to understand functional design and expectations for the digital QMS.
  • •Operationalize quality system parameter updates and ensure they execute correctly in MES; troubleshoot and resolve issues originating in QMS/ERP/MES applications.
  • •Audit and align data attributes across ERP, PLM, and MES to ensure production alignment; reconcile inventory transactions tied to non-conformances and variances.
  • •Identify digital anomalies impacting product quality, perform root-cause analysis, and implement immediate systemic corrections.
  • •Support user acceptance testing for solutions/fixes/work-arounds and create troubleshooting guides; communicate quality system issues and performance to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 41 - 54 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree (or equivalent) in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •1+ year managing/troubleshooting digital processes and front-line support for quality applications and software tools.
  • •5+ years of experience in metrology inspection or a quality role.
  • •Proficiency with CAD software and inspection data management software, plus strong ability to track material flow and diagnose data discrepancies.
  • •Experience with non-conformance systems and software debugging, including user acceptance testing of applications.
