Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the programme controls function, monitoring plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting for accuracy and consistency.
  • •Establish and maintain effective control processes in compliance with GRIP at territory/project level, in line with the Programme Controller.
  • •Review new project proposals/remits and help ensure realistic, resourced delivery plans for the programme.
  • •Identify resourcing requirements for the programme and liaise with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues.
  • •Provide an efficient day-to-day reporting service to programme and project managers and ensure data standards in cost and performance systems; manage Investment Plan compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven Project Controls background delivering programme controls on major infrastructure programmes in sectors such as rail, aviation, water/utilities, or highways.
  • •Experience performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions (schedule development, control, and analysis).
  • •Skilled in oral and written communication.
  • •Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of engineering and construction management.
