  • •Act as the discipline’s technical authority and primary client interface, defending design criteria and engineering decisions.
  • •Lead technical coordination across multiple projects, ensuring consistent approaches, priorities, and deliverables.
  • •Apply QA/QC by reviewing and validating calculations, hydraulic models, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • •Manage discipline scope, schedules, risks, and resources, planning and allocating engineering teams to meet commitments.
  • •Contribute to discipline standards, guidelines, and best practices, including participation in flood risk and flood modelling studies when required.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in Water Utilities projects, including several years leading technical disciplines.
  • •Strong background designing water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
  • •Proven experience managing client relationships in engineering consultancy environments, including expectation management and technical coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Civil Engineering degree (ICCP or equivalent); professional registration is advantageous.
  • •Familiarity with BIM environments and multidisciplinary model coordination.
