Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end enterprise financial processes including revenue and expense accounting, deferral accounting, tax accounting, prepaid and amortization, and acquisition accounting.
  • •Ensure reconciliation and reporting of financials are timely and accurate, with controls to protect information integrity.
  • •Maintain financial/data integrity and comply with internal SLA guidelines, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop data insights and trends to support finance decision-making for planning and forecasting.
  • •Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across Controllership, Business Finance, Audit and Control groups, across multiple time zones.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce or an MBA with 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting.
  • •Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP and understanding of local GAAP/IFRS, with reconciliation experience across revenue/expense processes.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end AR/AP process flow, accounting, and reconciliation.
  • •Control and compliance mindset with strong knowledge of SOX and internal controls.
  • •High proficiency in MS Office applications and Oracle Applications (including Essbase/Smart View and TM1).
