Set the analytical agenda around cost drivers and unit economics, and build the financial toolkit—models, dashboards, and self-serve frameworks—used across markets. Partner with Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FP&A to root-cause variances, drive corrective plans, and deliver cost and capacity decisions.
