Job Summary

Serve as a Personal Risk Client Executive/Sales Advisor, partnering with prospective insureds through a single-point-of-contact sales process. You’ll handle P&C Personal Lines new-business leads and referrals, understand carrier appetites, and work with underwriters to place risk and produce accurate quotes using agency systems and carrier websites. Build long-term relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders while supporting policy correspondence and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise and deliver personal insurance products tailored to prospective insureds using provided leads and referrals.
•Understand carrier appetites and carrier websites, and work with carrier underwriters to determine risk placement.
•Use agency management system, rating system, and carrier websites to provide accurate, timely quotes.
•Complete policy correspondence delivery per agency guidelines and procedures.
•Build and maintain working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and carrier representatives; assist with special projects as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•More than 3 years of directly related industry sales and service experience in P&C Personal Lines.
•Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire.
•Knowledge of coverage needs and experience selling personal insurance products client-facing.
•Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (CRM-EPIC preferred).
•Ability to negotiate and clearly communicate ideas in both written and oral communications.
