Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily manufacturing operations for assigned production areas, executing production plans across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • •Establish daily targets and staffing plans, manage attendance and overtime, and coach production leads and operators with clear expectations.
  • •Track and act on manufacturing KPIs (output, build plan attainment, FPY, yield, scrap/rework, cycle time, labor efficiency, downtime, attendance, and training compliance).
  • •Ensure production readiness (materials, tooling, equipment, documentation, staffing, and training) and coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Materials on shortages and constraints.
  • •Partner with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering on defects and recurring issues, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and support Lean/5S continuous improvement and NPI-to-production transitions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related environment.
  • •Experience leading or supervising production employees.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and shop-floor execution.
  • •Experience managing staffing, production priorities, and changing operational requirements.
  • •Experience using manufacturing KPIs (output, yield, scrap, cycle time, downtime, and labor efficiency) and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
