Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise technicians and contractor personnel engaged in mechanical maintenance to assure plant and network availability for safe, on-time gas delivery.
  • •Ensure preventative maintenance/inspection/safety procedures are followed and recommend improvements to optimize availability, efficiency, and safety.
  • •Monitor pipeline condition monitoring programs to confirm fit-for-purpose at designated MAOP and report deterioration requiring attention.
  • •Monitor contractors to ensure work is carried out in accordance with No Objection Certificate (NOC) requirements.
  • •Maintain maintenance/repair and spare-part records; initiate urgent spare parts/tool requisitions and raise Local Purchase Orders through Oracle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • •3-5 years of mechanical engineering experience in Natural Gas Operations.
  • •Relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) are advantageous.
