Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain CRM workflows and ensure clean data, clear handoffs, and traceable pipeline.
•Prospect key enterprise accounts with targeted messaging across channels.
•Qualify inbound interest, follow up reliably, and schedule conversations with prospects and customers.
•Create playbooks and documentation to enable repeatable, measurable processes.
•Write enterprise-grade customer communications (emails, briefs, summaries) and maintain product/market understanding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
•Exposure to healthcare, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries
•Strong organizational skills and ability to build repeatable workflows
•Comfort writing enterprise-grade communications (emails, briefs, summaries)
•Ability to juggle inbound leads while moving the pipeline forward
