Job Summary

Build and scale design technology that powers TikTok’s design systems, creative workflows, and content design. Partner with design and engineering to define best practices for design-to-code collaboration, create internal tools, Figma plugins, and AI-powered utilities, and mentor teams on prototyping and AI literacy. Lead cross-functional adoption, explore generative technologies and emerging platforms, and influence the design system roadmap for consistency, efficiency, and impact.
