•Lead benefits program strategy by analyzing market trends, benchmarking competitiveness, and recommending enhancements or new offerings.
•Manage major benefits projects including open enrollment, ACA reporting, 401(k) nondiscrimination testing, and annual audits.
•Oversee vendor relationships by evaluating performance, negotiating renewals, and monitoring service levels with brokers, carriers, and record-keepers.
•Partner with HR teams across North America to troubleshoot benefit issues, align on policy interpretation, and ensure consistent administration across U.S. and Canadian locations.
•Develop benefits communication and maintain SOPs/systems documentation for accurate, scalable, and audit-ready benefits operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
•6+ years of progressive benefits experience, including U.S. and Canadian regulatory knowledge.
•Knowledge of benefits compliance, documentation, and required filings across federal, state, and provincial standards.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
•Working knowledge of integrated benefits and HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
