Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned carrier accounts to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations, account instructions, and performance standards.
•Build and maintain working relationships with carrier partners, internal operations leaders, recruiting teams, field leadership, and independent adjusters.
•Oversee operational performance of the 1099 independent adjuster network, including readiness, deployment alignment, service quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
•Partner with recruiting, onboarding, licensing, credentialing, and operations teams to ensure independent adjusters are properly vetted, aligned, and assignment-ready.
•Monitor service indicators (cycle time, file quality, responsiveness, territory coverage, deployment effectiveness, client satisfaction) and implement corrective actions or escalation plans as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience in claims, account management, field operations, client services, vendor management, or independent adjuster program oversight.
•Experience supporting or managing carrier accounts within insurance, claims administration, TPA, IA firm, or similar environments.
•Experience working with independent contractor/1099 adjuster models, field resources, or distributed claims support teams.
•Strong understanding of claims operations, service delivery metrics, and account management principles.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
