Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a functional backup for Salesforce Service Cloud, configuring layouts, validation rules, user views, and flows to optimize partner interactions.
•Lead automation initiatives, deploying and expanding agentic workflows to improve vendor operations and partner satisfaction.
•Act as a technical liaison between Partner Care and central engineering on automation technology (N8N, RPA) and manage medium-complexity automation projects.
•Coordinate cross-functional process improvements across Partner Care domains, replacing manual trackers with integrated ecosystem solutions.
•Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and releases to ensure new workflows meet business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience in technical consulting, system administration, or tech-focused process engineering within e-commerce, hyper-scale marketplace, or advanced operations.
•Salesforce Service Cloud configuration experience (Flows, validation rules, architecture layouts) and exposure to Salesforce AI tools (Einstein, Agentforce) is advantageous.
•Automation experience with tools like N8N or similar API-driven orchestration, and familiarity with RPA.
•Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog management, and Jira.
•Analytical ability with data to back technical arguments (SQL, CRMA) and quantify ROI.
