Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, including testing, repair, and maintenance of AV hardware components.
  • •Clean AV equipment (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, equipment fans) and maintain equipment functionality.
  • •Document job work and provide client training on AV technology as needed.
  • •Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video systems and travel to customer sites for support.

  • •Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including soldering and crimping connectors.

  • •Valid Driver’s License and a motor vehicle record meeting AVI-SPL driving standards.
  • •Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of audiovisual integration experience (preferred).
