Key Responsibilities

  • •Own platform development for compute and GPU servers, guiding the platform lifecycle from EVT through MP
  • •Define requirements, review schematics/layouts, drive design-for-manufacturability, and lead platform new product introduction
  • •Lead bring-up and debug of boards and systems across power, thermal, storage, networking, and manageability
  • •Develop and execute validation plans and perform root-cause analysis across HW/FW/SW
  • •Collaborate with OEM/ODM and component suppliers to balance performance, efficiency, supply continuity, and TCO; manage firmware/BIOS/OpenBMC feature sets

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
  • •Foundation in server architecture and board-level design/debug, comfortable with low-level buses and tools
  • •Practical experience validating platforms (power/thermal, signal integrity, storage and PCIe/NVMe qualification, system stress)
  • •Proficiency in Linux and scripting (Python, Bash) to automate tests, parse logs, and produce data-driven reports
  • •Track record of vendor management: translate requirements into specifications, negotiate trade-offs, and hold partners to schedule and quality
