Key Responsibilities

  • •Retrieve, inspect, and prepare products/parts for shipment per operator instructions.
  • •Operate press equipment, inspect parts, and review products for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance to meet quality requirements.
  • •Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
  • •Notify supervisors of non-conforming product or machine/material problems; communicate production issues with the next press operator.
  • •Perform routine machine maintenance; use hand/power tools as needed and grind parts/scrap; assist with machine setup to meet deadlines.

  • •Able to be certified for both Forklift and Crane within 6 months of employment.
