Job Summary

Drive organic growth for the Defence portfolio by identifying and developing opportunities within existing customer accounts, contracts, and capabilities. Partner with operational leaders, contract managers, and central growth teams to qualify in-contract growth, coordinate governance and gate reviews, and maintain opportunity pipelines and reporting in MS Dynamics and other systems. Build customer relationships, represent Serco at industry events, and support bid teams with customer solutions under Defence growth protocols.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop organic growth opportunities across the Defence portfolio with existing customers and internal stakeholders.
•Support contract managers and delivery teams to identify, qualify and progress in-contract growth opportunities.
•Manage Defence framework activity, coordinating submissions and ensuring governance requirements are met.
•Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and reporting through MS Dynamics and other internal systems.
•Coordinate governance activities (including gate reviews) and work with bid teams and technical specialists to shape customer solutions.

Travel: High travel

Salary: GBP 60,000 - 65,000 annually
