Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s Representative and lead/oversee mechanical construction activities across designated project areas throughout construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • •Ensure contractor personnel comply with project HSES requirements, site regulations, permit-to-work systems, and client procedures.
  • •Supervise mechanical construction to ensure compliance with Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Monitor safety, quality, progress, and productivity to achieve project objectives; track schedule constraints, site issues, and material delivery impacts.
  • •Coordinate with contractor supervision and engineers to develop and execute daily/weekly work plans, and support problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industry experience, including proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on EPCM projects in the Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Energy sector.
  • •Demonstrated experience supervising mechanical construction within refinery/petrochemical/oil & gas or heavy industrial projects.
  • •Proven capability in managing contractors and delivering safe, effective construction execution.
  • •Registered Safety Officer at Supervisor Level.
  • •Excellent HSES knowledge, including experience preparing Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Risk Assessments.
