Maintain event, venue, and package knowledge to answer fan questions and track engagement, feedback, and sentiment to inform improvements for future events.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Vibee and interact with customers to promote and support brand activations and experiences.
•Guide fans through onsite activations, providing clear instructions and assistance.
•Troubleshoot and resolve activation issues or technical glitches promptly, escalating to technical teams when necessary.
•Answer questions using knowledge of concert event details, schedules, venue information, and experience packages.
•Track engagement and usage of assigned activations, reporting foot traffic, feedback, and sentiment to the Event General Manager.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a brand ambassador role is preferred.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule and balance multiple tasks at one time.
•Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
•Must be able to stand upright for sustained periods of time and work weekends or evenings as needed.
