Job Summary

Build and maintain enterprise learning and training applications by developing Oracle APEX modules, Spring Boot REST APIs, and React front-end components. You’ll write and optimize PL/SQL for Oracle Database reporting, troubleshoot production issues, and apply SDLC practices across the application lifecycle. Partner with product owners, system analysts, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable solutions, documentation, and runbooks, using Azure DevOps CI/CD workflows.

•Build and maintain Oracle APEX applications for Online Training Administration, SPOT, NITRM, Event Reports, and E-Learning API platforms.
•Develop and maintain Spring Boot REST APIs integrating learning management platforms and training entitlement systems.
•Create and maintain React front-end components with responsive, accessible user experiences.
•Write and optimize PL/SQL and Oracle Database queries for training data management and reporting.
•Apply SDLC to design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile using Azure DevOps CI/CD.

•Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot REST API design, service layer development, and JPA/Hibernate integration with Oracle Database.
•Solid React skills for front-end components (experience with Next.js or component libraries is a plus).
