  • •Build and maintain Oracle APEX applications for Online Training Administration, SPOT, NITRM, Event Reports, and E-Learning API platforms.
  • •Develop and maintain Spring Boot REST APIs integrating learning management platforms and training entitlement systems.
  • •Create and maintain React front-end components with responsive, accessible user experiences.
  • •Write and optimize PL/SQL and Oracle Database queries for training data management and reporting.
  • •Apply SDLC to design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile using Azure DevOps CI/CD.
