Job Summary

Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure smooth production and proper packaging. Troubleshoot equipment issues, verify components match packaging set-up, and complete cleaning and documentation accurately. Follow HACCP, Food Safety, Food Defense requirements, plus GMP and GDP guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary workplace. Work the Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule, supporting additional duties as assigned by leadership.

•Operate packaging equipment, including shut down/start up procedures, and troubleshoot equipment problems.
•Monitor semi-automated machinery to ensure proper packaging.
•Ensure all components match the packaging set-up form.
•Complete equipment and environment cleaning requirements.
•Follow GMP and GDP guidelines and complete accurate documentation.
