Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and adjust cold forming and supplementary machinery to produce metal products.
  • •Diagnose and remedy operating and tooling difficulties; repair parts and ensure proper machine operation.
  • •Insert and adjust punches, dies, and cutting dies; stone/polish punches and dies when needed.
  • •Perform visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers and gauges to meet specifications; support hardness checks.
  • •Follow safety practices (PPE, hazard reporting) and Lean/6S principles; maintain production/quality records and keep the work area clean.
