Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and take ownership for the design, integration, and validation of mechanical airframe systems, including landing gear assemblies, fuel distribution systems, ECS, hydraulic circuits, and actuation mechanisms for UAV platforms.
  • •Develop 3D CAD models, detailed engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation using industry-standard tools (e.g., CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX, or SolidWorks).
  • •Perform structural, hydromechanical and thermal analyses to ensure system integrity and correct sizing under operational loads and environmental conditions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams—avionics, propulsion, flight controls—to ensure seamless system integration.
  • •Define system requirements, interface control documents (ICDs), and bill of materials (BOMs) in compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., MIL-STD, RTCA DO-160).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 5 years experience in aerospace mechanical systems design, with proven expertise in at least three of: landing gear, fuel systems, ECS, hydraulics, actuation.
  • •Proficiency in 3D CAD and PLM systems (CATIA, NX, or equivalent).
  • •Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.
  • •Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system design, fuel system architecture, and ECS thermodynamics.
