Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own a voice of the customer program, including methodology, cadence, governance, and reporting.
  • •Own the customer advisory council end to end, leading virtual and in-person sessions and synthesizing recommendations.
  • •Build and maintain a customer stories library and create enablement assets for the buyer journey and sales teams.
  • •Conduct and run customer research (interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, persona validation) to inform positioning and go-to-market.
  • •Partner with sales and customer success to build feedback loops and keep customer intelligence current.
