Venue Parking Manager - Mystic Lake Amphitheater

Oversee the Parking department for event and non-event days, ensuring safe, clean, and orderly lots while maximizing parking space. Lead venue traffic control at the start and end of event days, create parking and traffic flow plans, and conduct weekly lot inspections. Manage ADA parking, shuttle/rideshare/bus drop-off flow, signage, equipment inventory, and staff selection, training, and scheduling. Coordinate with security and emergency services and resolve parking complaints and disputes.
