Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement procurement and supply-chain strategies for the engine program.
  • •Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non-conformance resolution.
  • •Partner with program teams and the engine company to align priorities and resolve technical and schedule issues.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics to support production readiness and resolve supplier technical issues.
  • •Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks, maintain forecasts and supplier scorecards, and manage engine allocations for baseline and emergent needs.

Salary: USD 101,150 - 140,060 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
  • •5+ years performing research and analysis to identify functional requirements for application or system design.
  • •2+ years of experience with business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, and/or process improvement methods.
  • •2+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP system implementations.
  • •Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25%).
