Key Responsibilities

  • •Map the workflows in your domain and identify opportunities where AI, ML, or automation can unlock throughput, coverage, or speed.
  • •Build the business case, quantify projected impact, and align with domain leadership on priorities.
  • •Design the future-state workflow including data flows, what the agent does vs. human involvement, and contexts needed for reliable operation.
  • •Stand up agents and automation pipelines using approved AI platforms and frameworks, and connect them to core business systems via APIs, webhooks, and tools.
  • •Own agent performance end-to-end, track KPIs (throughput, quality, cost, cycle time), and iterate on workflow effectiveness in production.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting
