Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a global team of Child Safety Leads and Specialists, including setting goals and ensuring daily operational effectiveness and team wellness.
  • •Coach and mentor team members and devise development plans.
  • •Manage child safety escalations and coordinate with Legal, Policy, Product, Government Relations, and Law Enforcement partners as needed.
  • •Identify risks and issues and create proactive programs/processes with regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • •Enhance operational workflows through process improvements, automation opportunities, metrics, and long-term hiring/volume growth strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience handling Trust & Safety issues with an emphasis on child safety, including online abuse.
  • •5+ years of management experience leading operational and cross-regional teams.
  • •Experience with Law Enforcement child safety investigations and engaging with Law Enforcement.
  • •Experience reviewing or being exposed to sensitive content in removal flow calibrations and escalation management.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects and devising team strategies in cross-functional environments.
