Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and manage the infrastructure required by engineers and researchers.
  • •Own and improve build and CI/CD systems to make building, testing, and shipping seamless.
  • •Leverage automation to multiply impact across engineering teams.
  • •Develop tools and solutions that increase engineering efficiency.
  • •Partner with the infrastructure team on shared on-call, incident response, and platform ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience with Bazel, including writing and maintaining rules, macros, and toolchains.
  • •Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Buildkite, including dynamic pipelines and build-time optimization.
  • •Strong Python proficiency, including packaging, dependency management (uv/pip/Poetry), and virtual environments, plus integrating Python/ML codebases into a monorepo build system.
  • •Experience writing backend services in Go, including familiarity with CLI applications and internal developer tooling.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes and AWS, including IAM policy management and infrastructure management using Terraform or OpenTofu.
