Branch Leader - Prattville

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and managing teammates while building business development pipelines. Grow branch revenue by expanding Small Business and Mass Affluent relationships through face-to-face client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management, and partner with IRM and Operations to support a One Team culture. Manage human capital decisions including hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and counseling.
