Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategic Business Case Development: Build robust business cases to support prioritization and decision-making across the organization, analyzing value and risk to align initiatives with long-term strategy.
  • •Portfolio Performance Tracking & Optimization: Refine and optimize portfolio strategies; track product performance across segments and GTM channels; recommend and implement actions for Sales Leadership.
  • •Data Analytics & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret performance data; create and maintain BI dashboards to provide leadership with portfolio health insights.
  • •GTM Program Management: Program manage post-launch GTM initiatives to ensure alignment with goals and KPIs; manage early market life for sustained growth.
  • •Process & Methodology Support: Develop and maintain portfolio management methodologies and processes for consistent project initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •5+ years of related experience in portfolio or product management, Product Planning, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Operations, Product Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
  • •Experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI) and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior leaders.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
