Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate and manage a portfolio of community development loans and equity investments, including affordable housing and LIHTC projects.
  • •Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, organizations, and agencies in affordable housing.
  • •Develop marketing strategies and plans for specific regions and clientele.
  • •Cross-sell financial solutions and bank products.
  • •Negotiate and structure transactions, collaborating with internal partners (credit, legal, compliance, CRA, and risk) to support deal execution and smooth transition.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience originating LIHTC investment deals.
  • •Ability to structure and negotiate affordable housing loans.
  • •Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • •Experience with community development lending or commercial real estate lending programs such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or Real Estate (preferred), or equivalent experience (required).
