Key Responsibilities

•Originate and manage a portfolio of community development loans and equity investments, including affordable housing and LIHTC projects.
•Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, organizations, and agencies in affordable housing.
•Develop marketing strategies and plans for specific regions and clientele.
•Cross-sell financial solutions and bank products.
•Negotiate and structure transactions, collaborating with internal partners (credit, legal, compliance, CRA, and risk) to support deal execution and smooth transition.

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience originating LIHTC investment deals.
•Ability to structure and negotiate affordable housing loans.
•Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
•Experience with community development lending or commercial real estate lending programs such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD (preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or Real Estate (preferred), or equivalent experience (required).
