Key Responsibilities

•Use generative AI to improve content ideation, copywriting, video scripting, visual briefing, competitor analysis, and campaign adaptation.
•Build and optimize reusable content assets like prompt templates, headline libraries, and campaign templates.
•Lead GEO and AI search optimization by structuring brand and product content to be AI-friendly and searchable.
•Use AI tools for social listening, competitor review, customer insight generation, and campaign performance analysis; develop and test content ideas.
•Plan and execute social content across WeChat, RedNote, and other platforms; adapt copy and short video scripts, track performance, and provide optimization recommendations.

Key Requirements

•3 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, brand marketing, or e-commerce operations.
•Experience in consumer goods or travel/lifestyle/content commerce (OTA, airline, hotel, credit card benefits) is preferred.
•AI capability with hands-on use of generative AI tools to improve marketing productivity.
•Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Kling, Canva, and Feishu AI.
•Basic data sense to optimize content using views, clicks, engagement, and conversion-related metrics.
