Sales Territory Manager West Region (Remote - Must reside in South Texas)

Drive spray foam sales within the South Texas territory for the Polyurethanes Division, maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting annual targets. Build annual business plans to exceed sales quotas, present value propositions to contractors and distributors, and secure specifications. Develop proposals, negotiate and execute agreements, and provide competitive intelligence on pricing and marketing strategies. Manage administrative tasks and travel ~75% across the assigned region.
