Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Structures & Interiors Engineering group and provide technical support for aircraft structures and cabin interior continuing airworthiness.
  • •Allocate staff and review their actions to Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins/Letters, and technical follow-ups in line with applicable ANTR requirements.
  • •Ensure structures & interiors responsibilities are carried out promptly for relevant service documentation under the embodiment policy.
  • •Coordinate technical representation and information exchange with manufacturers, industry symposiums/conferences, vendor meetings, and third parties.
  • •Oversee training, recruitment/retention, performance appraisals, subordinates’ KPIs, and performance management system delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of airline technical experience, including at least 4 years in an aircraft structure/interiors discipline.
  • •A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance qualification with additional education acceptable to the BCAA.
  • •Ability to manage and ensure compliance for Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and Technical Follow Ups for structures and cabin interiors.
  • •Ensure procedures (including compliance with ANTR M.704(a)(7) and continually updated practice) are followed by staff.
  • •Oversee training, records, and performance management (including subordinates’ KPIs) for aircraft continuing airworthiness functions.
