Lead and coordinate employee experience programs that bring culture to life—driving recognition, mentoring, ERGs, volunteerism, communities of practice, onboarding culture, and career development. Partner on people-related transformation initiatives by supporting stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, adoption support, and manager coaching. Use employee feedback and engagement metrics to measure effectiveness, recommend improvements, and leverage AI tools to enhance program administration and change readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and continuously improve employee experience programs that reinforce culture, values, and employee commitments.
•Manage employee recognition programs and support ongoing enhancements, including reporting and manager resources.
•Coordinate ERGs, mentoring, volunteerism, and communities of practice, including events, participation tracking, and program operations.
•Lead change management support for HR and people-related transformation initiatives, including systems rollouts, org redesigns, process changes, and M&A people integration work.
•Build stakeholder maps and readiness/adoption plans, coach managers through change, and track adoption metrics; collect and analyze feedback and program effectiveness data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years of experience in employee experience, culture, change management, HR transformation, engagement, learning & development, talent, or related people functions.
•Experience coordinating and improving employee experience, culture, engagement, or community-building programs.
•Experience supporting recognition programs, mentoring initiatives, ERGs, volunteerism, or similar employee programs.
•Working knowledge of change management methodology (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and experience supporting HR or business transformation initiatives.
•Strong project and program management skills, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management.
