•Manage solutions end-to-end from initiation through implementation, driving continuous improvements.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., account managers, governance) to set common goals for seller fulfilment experience.
•Drive UK/EU logistics solution upgrades and innovations and contribute to building core logistics capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years’ experience in logistics performance management or solution design in e-commerce fulfilments or logistics.
