Risk Specialist (Rail/Transit Projects)

Support risk management across rail and transit programs by maintaining cost and schedule baselines and building risk reporting tools for analysis. Manage the authority’s risk register, keep the Program Risk Management Plan up to date, and produce quarterly risk reports. Provide templates and guidance for qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, challenge project-level risk inputs, and align risk activities with Enterprise Risk personnel to strengthen program performance and controls.
