Key Responsibilities

•Support the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with Group standards.
•Ensure consistency in KPIs, definitions, and reporting standards across geographies and functions.
•Build and maintain dashboards that highlight key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized reporting templates and processes across the Group.
•Support efforts to harmonize data structures, reporting logic, and performance indicators.

Key Requirements

•University Degree in finance, economy, data/business analytics
•5+ years of experience in finance within a major international company
•Highly proficient in Excel; ability/experience in building large-scale databases using ERP tools, databases, data warehouses, reporting tools
•Analytical, conceptual, self-starter; effective and persuasive interpersonal communication
•Excellent command of spoken and written English (min. B2)
