Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement agentic architecture and hierarchical workflows by coordinating sub‑agents (Research Agent, Finance Agent, Editor Agent).
  • •Conduct prompt refinement, versioning, and QA, including experiments with multiple LLMs to optimize AI finance applications.
  • •Develop grounding and retrieval strategies (RAG) with enterprise knowledge bases or financial APIs to ensure factual accuracy.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate prompts with speech recognition and telephony APIs, ensuring low latency in production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 480,000 - 600,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •0.5 - 2 years of industry experience with Machine Learning, Statistics and / or LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •Extensive experience in Python programming.
  • •Proficiency with cloud platforms like Google Cloud.
