Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain login, registration, and account security applications across web and mobile clients.
  • •Build and operate an in-house AI facial recognition security product end to end for KYC verification, including liveness detection and face matching.
  • •Implement end-to-end authentication capabilities such as passkeys/FIDO2, authenticator apps, security keys, and verification flows including SMS and email.
  • •Own the multi-factor authentication orchestration layer, including verification strategy, step-up logic, and user-level customization with measurable outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with AI algorithm teams to integrate model capabilities into frontend and backend, and develop shared security components and SDKs with bundle size, initialization, and backward compatibility ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •3–8 years of frontend or full stack engineering experience building consumer-facing products from 0 to 1 or evolving over multiple years.
  • •Strong web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, browser rendering, networking, caching, and performance optimization.
  • •Deep proficiency in React 18+ and TypeScript, including state management, data-fetching patterns, and orchestration for complex multi-step flows.
  • •Production Node.js experience with server-side rendering/isomorphic apps, BFF layering, API aggregation/caching, and independent debugging of server-side runtime issues.
  • •Experience building identity and authentication systems (e.g., WebAuthn/FIDO2/passkeys, OAuth/OIDC, JWT/token lifecycle, TOTP) and strong methodology for modeling complex branched, stateful verification flows.
