Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the demand lead in the IBP Demand Review step, representing rolling projections that support annual operating planning and strategic planning.
  • •Surface risks and opportunities, including gaps vs financial commitments, and recommend actions to close them using past performance and trends.
  • •Integrate commercial investments (marketing spend, trade, pricing, innovation, assortment) into category commercial demand plans with explicit, modeled, tracked assumptions.
  • •Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Demand Analysts, and Supply Chain to tune forecasting and align cost, service, and inventory goals.
  • •Drive continuous improvement to enhance forecast accuracy and standardize processes, improving how models reflect pricing, promotion, innovation, and marketing signals.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in commercial planning, marketing, sales, finance, and/or strategy within CPG or adjacent industries (multiple functional experiences preferred).
  • •Demonstrated experience operating in IBP / S&OP process disciplines.
  • •Bachelor's degree required.
  • •Experience translating business strategy into quantified demand implications.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize data and judgment into decision-ready insights.
