Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate the enterprise control environment to drive prioritized adherence to organizational obligations aligned with risk appetite.
  • •Develop and continuously operate enterprise risk management frameworks across risk identification, measurement, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • •Operate policy and standards governance, ensuring timely coverage of emerging obligations and maintaining controls and guardrails within risk thresholds.
  • •Own and maintain the enterprise risk registry and control inventory, including stewardship of related risk inventories and enforcement of data quality and governance.
  • •Build executive-quality risk reporting and represent the organization’s risk posture externally with regulators, auditors, customers, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, internal audit, or closely related governance, with hands-on experience building frameworks and control environments.
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and maturing enterprise risk management frameworks and control environments at scale.
  • •Experience owning or significantly contributing to policy and standards governance, including lifecycle management of policies, standards, and controls.
  • •Meaningful exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, or technology risk, including knowledge of AI risk and ethics frameworks and emerging AI regulation.
  • •Experience engaging with external regulators, auditors, or enterprise customers on risk and compliance topics, including participation in regulatory examinations, due diligence, or contract negotiations.
