Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to define product strategy and drive execution from conception through maintenance.
  • •Evolve Developer Platform capabilities across APIs, MCP tools, and integration infrastructure for automating workflows and connecting Notion to other tools and data.
  • •Improve the performance, reliability, and robustness of Notion’s product as it scales.
  • •Partner with engineering leaders to identify and execute high-leverage technical investments for long-term flexibility and sustainability of core systems.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience shipping production software and owning features end-to-end.
  • •Fluency with TypeScript across both backend and frontend.
