  • •Lead and develop the Continuous Improvement Analysts, Analysts, and DC Trainers.
  • •Develop frontline Supervisors, Operations Leads, and hourly associates through Deckers principals.
  • •Act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and taking corrective action as needed.
  • •Mentor, train, and develop teammates for career progression and performance improvement.
  • •Create, communicate, and maintain processes and standard work procedures for supervisors and associates.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years or more of leadership experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or production environment; experience working with contingent workforce and supervising frontline supervisors in a large-scale operation.
  • •Experience supervising front-line supervisors and managing large-scale operations, with a proven track record in a big-box setting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Supply Chain certification courses, Lean, Six Sigma certification or related fields.
  • •Familiarization with process improvement through lean processes, Kaizen and Six Sigma; ability to adjust to ambiguous settings and meet deadlines.
