GUEST SERVICES FOR MUSIC VENUE

Provide guest services at major Riverside venues by answering inbound calls and in-person inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and handling complaints. Adapt to guest needs, solicit sales of additional services or products, and take or enter orders, cancel accounts, and document interactions. Coordinate with designated departments for unresolved issues and support venue sustainability efforts and end-of-show closeout activities with the team.
