Location: San Francisco, New York
Workplace: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Finance’s technical counterpart on new product, pricing, and packaging launches, translating commercial models into requirements and defining “revenue-ready.”
  • •Broker trade-offs when launch dates and system reality don’t align, and close the loop after launch on billing accuracy, exception rates, and control operation.
  • •Independently own delivery and multi-quarter roadmaps across finance systems programs (ERP, billing/subscriptions, CPQ, revenue subledger, procurement, and reporting layer) and run working groups across functions.
  • •Run operating rhythm through intake/prioritization, decision logs, early risk escalation, and metrics to ensure scope and capacity align.
  • •Drive IT general controls workstreams and facilitate designing controls into systems before go-live, partnering with Internal Audit and serving as the systems-side point of contact for ITGC walkthroughs and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in technical program management, business systems, finance transformation, or a related field with substantial time on finance or revenue systems.
  • •Working fluency in finance operations, including quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and understanding revenue recognition vs. billing.
  • •Hands-on ITGC experience across access, change management, and IT operations for in-scope financial systems, plus practical SOX knowledge.
  • •AI-native operating mindset, including using AI to draft requirements, synthesize status, triage intake, and assemble evidence packages.
  • •Proven ability to independently deliver technical programs end to end and turn messy inputs into plans with owners and dates.
